The Harvest Grille is open during the golf season mid March (weather depending) to October.

The Harvest Grille offers a casual setting and an extensive menu selection to tempt every palate. The Grille and outside patio are ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A great place to relax with friends and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Okanagan.

Executive Chef Heath Cates oversees The Harvest Grille and takes special care to include the freshest products of the Okanagan and Northwest bounty.

Molten Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • - 1 c unsalted butter
  • - 8 oz dark chocolate
  • - 2 tbsp dark coffee
  • - 1/2 c flour
  • - 1/2 c sugar
  • - 4 egg
  • - 4 egg yolks
 

Preparation Instructions

Melt butter, chocolate then add coffee. Combine flour and sugar and mix all together. Add eggs and yolks one at a time to mixture mixing on low speed. Pour mixture into greased small muffin tins. Bake @ 400 degrees for 6 min.
